Our Commitments

Growing in knowledge of the coffee world, tweaking our brewing parameters, and experimenting with brewing methods so that we can provide our community with coffees that have been cultivated with the greatest care.

Barista Fellows Program

Our coffeehouse is stewarded by our Barista Fellows, undergraduate students at the University of Florida and Santa Fe College who are part of a program of spiritual and moral formation with integral elements of work and craft.

Christian Study Center of Gainesville is a non-profit organization that hosts groups, classes, and lectures for people think deeply about Christian tradition. It also is the home of Pascal’s Coffee House, a welcoming, comfortable environment where people can enjoy a really good cup of coffee.
